Eligibility for Refund
- To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in its original condition—unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging.
- Share the proper product video to our concern department they will check it as well.
- Products that have been damaged, altered, or opened will not be eligible for a refund.

- Once we receive the returned product and confirm it meets the criteria.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
